See wagering guide for details by sport.

The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion, according to the Company's wagering rules.

In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, the company reserves the right to deem all wagers ‘No Action’ and return all monies accordingly.

In all futures, for example, World Series baseball betting or Superbowl betting, etc.) the winner as determined by the relevant league authority will also be declared the winner for betting purposes.

Dead Heat Rule For Win/First Place - when there is a dead heat for 1st place the amount wagered is divided by the number of participants involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided portion, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. For Place/Show/Top 4 betting - when there is a dead heat where the number of tied participants exceeds the places available for that particular bet, the stake money/amount wagered is multiplied by the number of places on offer but divided by the number of tied participants. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. Example - A 3 way tie for third on a top four bet would result in the stake money /amount wagered being multiplied by 2 but divided by 3. Dead Heat rules do not apply to events where a price is offered for the draw or tie.

Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

All Internet casino wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.

Members found using multiple browsers and/or found attempting to manipulate or ascertain information concerning the casino software code will forfeit all winnings and become deactivated as a Company member.

Should funds be credited to a client's account in error - human error, technical malfunction, payout miscalculation or other - it is the member's responsibility to notify the Company of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error, whether related to the error or not, shall be considered invalid and returned to Company.

A member may have only ONE account at the company. The Company reserves the right to close or disable a member's account without notice in cases where the Company, at its sole discretion, deems this appropriate. Members found opening or using multiple/other accounts in an attempt to manipulate sports wagering limits or masking their true identity will forfeit all winnings and be deactivated as a Company member.

All online transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the file tape backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours from the time the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this time period. The member is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.

Wagers placed via the telephone are recorded on a tape system. In case of disputes, the tape will be replayed and the wager as confirmed on the tape will be deemed final.

If a member's account remains unused for a period of twelve months, the company reserves the right to close the account and assume ownership of any and all outstanding balance left in the account.

The company reserves the right to refuse a deposit bonus to anyone at any time. If you have any questions as to your eligibility, please contact the company.

Our bonus program is intended for recreational punters only. Players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked at the discretion of the company.

Horse Racing Rules:

1. The system will allow horse betting wagers up to 2 minutes before the scheduled post time. The time left to wager on each race is made available on the website. Any tickets placed after this time will be void.

2. When placing a wager on a horse they will generally be identified by name not the number.

3. Payouts may vary according to bet type and track. In most cases full track odds are paid with a maximum payoff. There is no maximum payoff for Win, Place and Show, which will be paid out at track odds.  Exotics will have a maximum payoff ranging from 200-1 for the Daily Double up to 500-1 for the Pick 6.  Please see the table at the bottom of this page for specific payoffs.

4. In the event there is a wager made with no track results or payout information posted, the wager will be refunded. An example of this would be, 1) scratch horses reducing the number of entries, 2) no payout results (the race did not run).

5. Tickets cannot be graded until the official results have been posted. Funds will be credited to your account usually within 10 to 15 minutes after the official results have been posted.

6. We do not offer Consolation Payouts because we do not belong to the Pari-Mutuel pool. We do not have pool money that must be returned to the bettors.

7. A horse is scratched when it is listed as an entry but does not run in the race. A horse may be scratched early in the day or minutes before the start of the race.

8. Scratches on Multi Race Bets - Any scratches after the first leg of the multi race ticket that has been completed with a loss will result in a losing ticket. An example would be if your first race lost and your horse in the next race was scratched. The ticket would be a losing ticket due to your combination including a loser. If the selection on the earlier stage of the multi-race bet are correct, then the scratches occur in the middle or later legs, this would allow those multi-race bets to be refunded. (This is different from the race track that produce winners via consolation payout.)

9. Coupled Horses - Horses that belong to one owner or under one trainer running in the same race are “coupled” together. When you bet on one you also get the other; you get horse 1 and horse 1a, for example. When one of the coupled horses wins, both horses win. In the case that both horses finish, the higher payout will be applied. In the event of a scratch you have action, unless both coupled horses scratch.

10. Field Entry - When there are a large amount of horses running in a race, several horses are grouped together as field horses. For payouts and refunds, the same rules as Coupled Entry apply.

11. Horse Tickets must be finalized before the race starts.  Any wagers placed after the start of the race will be "no action" and all monies will be refunded.

12. Limits:
